Our Story
Diamond Head Papaya Co Ltd began as a small dream on the quiet stretch of Old Volcano Road — a place where locals stop by for fresh bread on their way to work and visitors discover something unexpectedly wonderful on a detour from the volcano.
Today, we continue that tradition. Every loaf, every pastry, and every carefully sourced pantry item carries the same intention: to feed people well and make this corner of the Big Island feel a little more like home.
